THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS’ EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Objective and Areas of research

The University students will collaborate with the School of Medicine students at Nairobi University to assist in research in the following areas:

  1. Research on adolescent health needs and establishment of Counties of Excellence
  2. Developing innovative ideas of dealing with adolescent health
  3. Developing and designing innovations around the Digi-Clinix

Scope

The medical students will be engaged in a 4-week program with I Choose Life – Africa with main residence in the counties of engagement. They will be expected to conduct their joint research in the three main Sub Counties of intervention namely Kibra (Nairobi County), Kangundo (Machakos County) and Bombasi (Kisii County). This will be a collaborative research together with students of University of Nairobi School of Medicine.
